Question / Help 60 FPS In-Game The Crew, 40-50 in OBS

I have a decent pc, 16 GB RAM, amd fx 8350, the gpu is a little bit low, a GTX 750 Ti OC 4GB.

Every time I'm recording in this game, my video is so laggy.

how about updating your OBS grabbed from stone age first?

Update to the current version of OBS Studio. You are running 17.0.2. The current version is 19.0.3.

You need to replace that GTX 750 with a better card. That thing is ancient and in the bottom 20% of GPU performance.
I'd suggest a GTX 1060 6GB minimum.

By upgrading the version, actually now I got lesser fps, between 28 and 35 from 40-50 (older version).

Doesn't matter. The purpose of that was to get you on the current version and not some buggy old version.
Now go get a better GPU card.
