I have tried CBR and 4500 kbps but the lag/stuttering is still there.
I also tried twitch bandwidth test and i have a decent ping but failed every servers.
I don't know if it's my ISP but i have 4500 - 5000 Kb/s upload spd and the internet says its enough for 720p 60fps stream.
My stream always ends up with obs stats 90.4% dropped frames (Network) and bitrate only reaches 1500-2000 kb/s
