Question / Help 500 FPS to 10 FPS! Why?

I have a problem for OBS+Minecraft:
I open OBS and I link the minecraft screen to capture games and normaly I play it for 500fps but after LINK (only link it! I don't record or do stream), it low to 10fps! Why is this? (Only in Full Screen, in Windows mode is normal)

Computer:
i5-8600k
GTX 1060 6G
16GB RAM
Minecraft and OBS is in a SSD
500MB conection speed

Update your OBS to 21.1.2, you have to do this manually

500 fps puts a ridiculous strain on the GPU and you don't need that much fps. Limit it and OBS and the game won't fight over the GPU resources.

I put Minecraft limit to 60fps and is the same, and the lag is only in full screen, in windows mode it works perfectly.
(ONLY in OBS, I test use Action and it work perfectly)
