50% GPU Load with OBS when OBS is Idle

Hello,

I am confused as I see 50% GPU load when OBS is IDLE - all Input Videos are deactivated.
What is wrong?

50% of what? 100 MHz? GPU load is irrelevant without knowing the GPU clock.
