4l60e to a 7004r

Okay so I have a 94 c1500 extended cab, I know there’s hundreds of threads out there on this but I need direct answers I want to swap my 4l60e to a 700r4 due to my solinoids, They keep frying. I just need to know what exactly do I need and if there’s any kits to simplify the swap or just general to do lists obviously I have the 700r I’ve just never done a swap of this nature. Thanks I’m advance
