Question / Help 4K stream file is incorrect resolution

I have all my settings set to have my stream and file saved at 3840x2160. However, since the new release of OBS, my output videos are now 3840x2178 and I can see that there's now a small bar on the side of the video adding the extra space. Does anyone know if this is a bug of the new version (I'm on 17.0.2)?

VLC, but I've tried to use a couple of different ones as well with the same result. I never had this problem before 17.0.2.

Try at least software x264 encoder (just for test). Any changes?
