4K Game Recording Blurry

Blurry when camera is moved and texture
loading is visible
I'm recording on my laptop
I tried all possible settings even tried Full HD , it's also blurry

That's an encoder setting issue, mainly because of:
1. not enough bitrate, or not high enough quality setting (CQP value lower = higher quality)
2. or using fast preset
3. or not using B frames

If storage isn't a problem, you can raise your bitrate or quality, go to settings -> Output -> recording -> pick Quicksync or NVENC, I suggest you use CQP and put the value at around 15-20. It will definitely solve your issue.

I changed my bitrate to 80000 and B frame to 1
Now it looks perfect
