4G connection overscaled data consumption

Guys i need a hand, I'm streaming from 4g and I'm using an ADSL for gaming (IP binding OBS on the tethered connection); the problem is that data consumption is overscale. I've readed about lot of people setting 1500 Kbps and 480p and getting less than 1gb of data consumed/h. But in like 2 minutes the program i use for monitoring 4g data on the phone registers like 80 Mb of data consumed. How can i get that results? Thank you for the help, I'm really motivated streaming but the connection is literally killing me :(

Basic math.

Bitrate * time = data used.

For 1500kbps, 1 minute = 11MB. Work from there

1 hour @ 1500kbps = 659MB
2 hours @ 1500kbps = 1.3GB

etc

Streaming using your phone data plan is NOT recommended if you are on a limited plan.

I know it! The problem is: even if i set 1500/1700/1800 kbps, analyzing the upstreaming data it's everytime more than 2.1 Mbps. OBS it's draining out my data ignoring the instructions. I should consume 16 MB in a minute but i end up with 40 without any reason
