4070ti obs in idle fps drop

Hello. After switching from 5700xt to 4070 ti, I noticed fps drops after turning on obs even without any scene no streaming, recording or anything For example in cod mw2 in benchmark I have 40 fps less from 200 to 160. When I just lunch obs. CPU consumption by obs is about 0-3 percent. I haven't had any drops like that on radeon. Why such big drops? New system only installed chipset drivers and nvidia expireince
