Hello,
I am trying to download the resource “Church Verse Dock & Cinematic Bible Overlay Lower Third Scripture Display” from the Resources section.
When I click “Go to download”, I always get an HTTP 403 Forbidden error.
I have already:
– Logged out and logged in again
– Cleared cookies and cache
– Tried Safari and Chrome on macOS
– Accepted cookies and checked my security settings
The problem still happens and I cannot download the file.
Could you please check if my IP address or account has been blocked by mistake, or if there is any additional requirement for downloading resources after the recent security incident?
