Question / Help 4 second lag when switching between scenes with Display Capture

I am a poker streamer, and I have an issue with OBS Studio that prevents me from using it to stream. I keep 4 poker tables on my screen and switch between them by using different scenes. I have 5 scenes, 1 with a display capture that shows all 4 tables, and 4 with display captures that show each of the 4 tables individually. I tried to add a new display capture for each and crop it, however, I am running into an issue where there is about a 4 second lag when switching from one scene to the next. I tried using existing display capture and just doing a different crop filter in each scene, but if I change the crop in one scene, it applies that crop filter to the whole display capture source and thus crops it the same on each scene. I have a friend who doesn't seem to have this lag issue with his OBS. But I have other friends who have the same problem. I can't figure out a solution to it.

You aren't capturing the same monitor with different sources?
