Hello! If you need 4:3 screen on OBS displaying on your livestream, go to Settings on the OBS interface! and then, go to Video on the OBS Settings, and type on the Base (Canvas) Resolution

Use the Base Canvas Resolutions here: "1024x768" or"1280x960" or "1024x768" or "1280x960" Hope this helps!
