I have a 3950x (not overclocked) paired with 32gb 3000hz c15 ram. I am having an issue where my streams have a nasty stutter, but my recording is smooth. I had a feeling my ram wasn't good enough but I'm starting to think that isn't my underlying issue. I normally stream on the Medium preset, but also tested "fast" and I still experienced the same issue. To clarify - I encode the stream on x264 and record with 1660 ti's NVENC (I also use replay buffer).
I tried finding other threads with similar issues but didn't have any luck. obsproject.com/forum/threads/image-stuttering-without-apparent-reason-ryzen-3950x.118561/ seems to be the closest to what I'm experiencing, however, the solution there didn't help. I've attached a log from my most recent stream. I'm hoping that someone could potentially spot what it is that I'm missing here. I really hope I can find a way to make the stream smooth.
