Have a brand new PC and installed OBS studio. While streaming, OBS would blue screen my system. Knowing that there are NO ISSUES with hardware as I'm able to run every other application on the PC just fine without any crashes, I started my research.
During my research I discovered that the 32bit client was being run by the shortcut placed by the installation program. On a hunch I tried the 64bit client and have not had any crashes since.
Now I've read many threads on this forums stating that OBS does not cause blue screen, I however disagree with that statement as now OBS Studio runs fine under 64bit, not 32bit.
