I use OBS Studio with ReaPlugs for microphone stuff. I have to use the 32-bit version for compatibility with an older camera, and it's never caused me problems until today. I know "it worked before and I didn't change anything" isn't helpful, but this is really all I've got.
I opened OBS to start a stream today, and none of my VSTs were working. Every VST 2.X filter, whether existing or new, shows no plugins in the drop-down menu. If I open the 64-bit version, all of my plugins will show up in the drop-down, though none of them work because they're all 32-bit plugins.
This still occurs for me after a reboot, on a fresh install of OBS Studio 19.0.3 and ReaPlugs, and a fresh profile (deleted %APPDATA%/obs-studio). I've also tried moving my plugins into several different folders, "sfc /scannow", and reverting to older versions with no luck. No one in the #obsproject IRC was able to reproduce, so I doubt it's a problem with OBS, but I'm still desperate for anything I can do to diagnose the problem.
These logs were captured on a clean installation.

64-bit log: https://gist.github.com/TyroneSama/116d1ee1660d655ae761b68c63ad0fc7
I also have a video of the problem (audio warning) if it was difficult to understand.
Any advice is appreciated.
