Question / Help 32 bit - Missing files and crashing

Hey gang,

So I've been using Studio 64 bit for the most part but wanted to use El Gato with it so I booted up 32 bit and it kept crashing. After reinstalling it finally booted up, but I get "Could not find locale.ini path" message when I hit setting and then it crashes. Hitting record and/or streaming also does nothing. It's apparently missing some files (as seen in the coding below), but I don't know where to find them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
