3070 GPU, i7-10700k and random frame lags during stream?

Attached is my log file. I run my stream on very fast and earlier today on stream, I had a portion that had massive frame drops. It maybe ran at 20 FPS on stream, while my game kept at 60+ FPS. I have no idea why. It wasn't much internet frame drops but the OBS stayed at 60 FPS the whole time. It's so weird. This is my log file from today's stream, can you notice anything unusual that I haven't noticed? Thanks!

Your network connection to the server had a problem. Dropped frames are 100% always a network issue.

It wasn't network connection. My stream physically did not have a slideshow of pictures, which is what typically happens when you lag from an internet connection. The video was still going, my webcam was at it's normal framerate but the GAMEPLAY lowered in frames. This happened with my previous PC and I literally just built this one in hopes that my issues would be gone and they seem to be back, even with a newer PC and good parts.
