Question / Help 30 FPS Limit

My friend is Trying to use OBS to record minecraft and He has a pretty good computer, when he Record he drop to 30FPS, whats the issue?

His CPU isn't very weak, he has an i7 5th Gen, With intel 4400 graphics(i think). What would the best settings be?. I'll ask him for a log file.
