Can anyone tell me why when I have OBS open, (My xbox is connected to my el gato on my pc) there's like a 3 second lag hiccup, mind you I'm not even streaming yet. I used to use El Gato game capture but I always get a delay on that app (Which is bad for games like NBA 2k when you have a shot release, and other games). But yes, every 3 seconds on OBS Streamlabs, I get a hiccup delay, and it interrupts my gave every so often, I'm in dire need of help.
