Question / Help 3 Monitor Setup Records Only Leftmost Monitor

I have a 3 Monitor setup for Nvidia Surround Gaming and it only records the leftmost monitor when I have the desktop (native) resolution set to bezel corrected 5860 x 1080. It only records 1920 x 1080 on the leftmost monitor as I have set the display capture and game capture as that resolution, since 1 monitor is equal to 1920 x 1080 (no bezels).

I'm having an issue where display capture is on leftmost and then the game capture only records the leftmost. So far, I've tried centering monitor from edit -> transform -> center? And it seems to center the display to the center monitor from the leftmost. I have also accidentally done edit -> transform -> some other option and it would scale all 3 monitors into 1920 x 1080 and show the ultra widescreen as a letterbox with black borders on top and bottom. I don't know how to do this.

My goal:
Record at 1920 x 1080 display capture only on center monitor (that has the wallpaper centered from all 3 monitors).
Record game capture as letterbox for ultrawidescreen games, but 1920 x 1080 for games I run at single monitor (center monitor).

I play the games on the center monitor, though. Ah, I see, if I move the source to the leftmost monitor, then since it's full screen game, it would capture fully and centered. How about moving the display capture to center? If I do that, then I don't have to move source to left at all, right?
