Your log doesn't show the end of the stream which would confirm that it's a network problem however you should read this:

Well i haven't ended it yet after i changed the bitrate

i'll report back in a few days see if it persist after changing the bit rate, i didnt think it was the bitrate because i was using that for weeks so
