3 camera issue

Hi. first time caller. I have 3 identical web cams that I can access happily in a scene, all 3 show up as input sources
second scene 2nd camera fine
3 rd scene. black. no signal input
all 3 cams work. green lights etc
but just can't get the 3rd to show
what am I doing wrong ?
