You don´t specify which auduio issues are yiu having, but from your log:
[CoreAudio encoder]: CoreAudio AAC encoder not installed on the system or couldn't be loaded

Maybe this is the solution:
https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-studio-enable-coreaudio-aac-encoder-windows.220/

EDIT:
Your issue is audio delay.
So, you have to fix audio mic sync offset

SOLUTION explained here
https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/mic-audio-not-in-sync-with-webcam.28561/

you can fix sync for mic and for desktop audio

Checking my logs, I have teh same line, but my streamings test have been good.

Alright, I'm hoping this solves the issue, just installed iTunes, not doing that whole 7-zip thing. Just don't know why this issue first appeared on OBS Classic without changing anything and then persists on Studio. But I will give it a shot today and see what happens. Thanks alot for the answer!
