Question / Help 2PC setup - Dead by Daylight stuttering

Hello,

I've been trying to figure this out for the past 24 hours without any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This only happens with Dead by Daylight, all other games tested are fine.

Setup
Gaming PC:
i5-4690k @ 4.2Ghz
12GB DDR3
GeForce 1060 6GB
Win10 Pro 64bit

Streaming PC:
i5-2500k @ 4Ghz
8GB DDR3
Intel IGP
LiveGamerHD

I've sent the signal to the LiveGamerHD two different ways:
  • Clone monitor 1 to LiveGamer HD
  • Run OBS on gaming PC w/ game capture and project to LiveGamer HD monitor
I can see the stuttering in the OBS preview even when not streaming. So it doesn't appear to be tied to trying to encode it at all. The stuttering isn't happening on the gaming PC, and something seems to be happening on the passthrough to the LiveGamerHD and OBS on the streaming PC.
