Question / Help 2nd Time Connection has Dropped

I was streaming and then the connection dropped.
This time it did come back, but I lost my viewers. =(

I have attached my log file.

I have a 60 Mb down and 5Mb up if that helps.
Win 10 64 bit

Your connection to Twitch was lost, then OBS reconnected.

This is an issue with either your local network or your ISP.
