Hallo OBS comunity,
I tried to record a web-session on my second monitor wirh a constant bit rate, but I run in two problems:
a) the 2nd monitor will not be listed in the display-selection, so I can only see Display 1 which is an 4k Display, but I want to use the unshown display with only full HD resolution. So what do I have to do to select my second display, what is wrong?
b) Because the second display can't be choosed, I make some test with the available Display. After I imported the recording in my Video-Editing Programm (Magix Pro X) i discovered, that the video has'nt a constant frame rate so I run into mass by cutting it. I can't the any option to set the output to CFR. So the question is, which settings I have to choose to get a recording with an constant frame rate (CFR) so that I can import this directly to my video editing software?
