I'm new to OBS, capturing and streaming. I'm using a Dell 7510 laptop and have two usb capture cards. One on each side of laptop in usb ports. The first card I'm capturing is a camera and it's capturing and streaming fine. But when I add the second capture card and connect a MS Surface to it, it shows up fine and both scenes are displaying fine. I can record and both record fine. But as soon as I click on "start streaming" , the MS surface stops displaying it's content and just displays colored horizontal lines. The second I stop the streaming, the captured MS Surface again displays what's on the Surface screen. I'm baffled. Any help would be much appreciated.
