2GPU or 1GPU

i got 2 pc now for 1 gaming and other one streaming,but I am planing all in one
gaming pc:i5 10600K OC+2070super
streaming pc:i5 10500 + 1650 super
should i sell my 1650 super gpu also?
or i can make more fps with 2070super for gaming and 1650 super for decode (in one pc)

but obs will take some resource from my main card on video encode or decode?
the other one display card for obs encode or decode only,should take back some fps i lost when streaming?

Resources on your main card that are otherwise unused.

Instead of just doing everything on the card, you want to move the video frames from one card to the other while at the same time cutting the bandwidth available to the main card in HALF.

Two cards in one system in your setup is going to be a bad experience, fullstop.
