Question / Help 28 fps on GTA V - Windows 7

Hi, I have Windows 7 Ultimate and I can't stream on GTA V: if I open OBS, frame rate IN GAME drops to 20 and all become sluggish.

As usual, no reply on this forum. Sadly there's no free alternative to OBS.

Every other thread on the forum is about low frame rate. You will most probably find your issue and a solution by browsing the corresponding threads of the last few days. I'm not in the mood of answering this kind of problem any more.
