Hello people !
First, here is my spec :
  • CPU : Ryzen 7 2700x
  • Ventirad : Be Quiet! Pure Rock
  • GPU : MSI GTX 970 4Gb (~3.5Gb)
  • RAM : 1x16 Gb Corsair DDR4 Vengeance Low Profile 3000Mhz CL15 (soon upgraded to 2x16Gb = 32Gb)
  • Motherboard : MSI X470 Gaming Pro
  • Power Supply: Corsair TX850w (an old one)
I can't understand why, but when I want to stream PUBG, I got some FPS dropped in-game. OBS is very fine, my stream too, everythings smoothed but not PUBG.With the V-SYNC, I dropped to 30 - 40 fps in Vikendi.. Same without.
I would like to stream 720p60fps.

I opened Task Manager, my CPU is near 30-50%, my GPU near 70%.. No one goes to 100%.

I tried with the V-SYNC, the fullscreen fixed but nothing change..

Here is my config with OBS :https://gyazo.com/00258e7a8aec36079bbfc78d1c9fa94e
And my config in PUBG :https://gyazo.com/dc2096ff3ea0ab1eac65b985f2624243
Here is my OBS log :

I see streamer streaming PUBG with 4790 and 1070Ti, so I can't understand why I got a problem.. Is it my GPU ? Do you have some advice ?

Remove monitor capture and use game capture source instead.
Also in your OBS streaming /recording settings disable the checkbox "Mise à l'échelle" because that resolution downscaling is done done by your CPU. In the video setting tab of OBS you can choose base canvas size and a downscaled output canvas size resolution instead. That canvas downsizing is done more efficient by the GPU and you can choose a scaling filter for more sharpness.

The 2700x shouldn't struggle with Rescale, I record 1440p NVENC and Rescale Output 1280x720 x264 for Streaming.

The main problem is your 1 stick of RAM, you are bottlenecking your Ryzen's Infinity Fabric so your CPU is running with 1 leg.

Ryzens need dual channel, Threadrippers need Quad Channel, to run at max performance.

Good catch, I haven't noticed that there is only single channel RAM speed in this system.
Upgrade to a dual channel RAM configuration is definitely recommended.

The second stick will be here tomorrow !

Will I notice more performance (like more FPS) and no more problem with streaming in this situation ?

I just helped another person with a 2600, their Game FPS doubled when they switched their RAM setup to Dual Channel. (They had 2 sticks but had it setup in Single Channel)

Make sure you put the stick in the correct slot, leave a gap between them eg. (#,0,#,0) Slot1/Slot3 or Slot2/Slot4.
Do not put them side by side eg. (#,#,0,0) Slot1/Slot2 or Slot3/Slot4

And make sure you have the DOCP profile enabled in the BIOS so the ram runs at 3000 CL15.

You can use CPU-Z to confirm if your memory is set up correctly, you want it to say
Dual in the top right and DRAM Frequency ~1500ish MHz (Base clock isn't a perfect 100Mhz on some boards)

Dual Channel will improve performance....32GB instead of 16GB will not (only if you manage to use more than 16GB).
