Question / Help 25,000 bitrate for 4k video ?

so in studio last night i recorded a video at 4k with 50,000 bitrate it was almost 67GB , if i lower the bitrate to 25,000 would the quality of the video be still good and of smaller size ,

this depends on the complexity of the video.
many details, fast moving = looks like shit
few detail, no moving = looks good (but maybe even too much bitrate)

i would recommend to use crf instead.
start with 23 and count down for better quality (but higher filesize)

But in OBS studio where do I put the crf=x command , in the old OBS broadcast I knew where it went and how it worked but in studio it's confusing
