So i record in 240fps but the videos are in 10 fps and nothing changes it appart from when i scale the resolution down from 1920x1080 to a lower resolution like 1280x720

Anyway, why? why 240fps? 120fps is already too much.
Do yourself a favor and record in 1080p at 60fps using the best quality your hardware can allow you.
people record in 240fps because you can make your videos smoother. My pc can handle it ever since ive restarted it it hasnt been working i can only not lag when i downscale the resolution
