Misjudgements

Hello,
I have a Ryzen 7 3700x and RTX 2060 and would like to record in 240fps with OBS. I have a 240hz monitor and want my youtube viewers to share the same experience as me. I see other people with worse computers than me recording in 240fps, but I always get an encoding error saying to higher my presets or something. I have no idea what settings to put my obs on to record 1080p 240fps. I need help as to what settings will allow me to record in this. Whenever I record 240fps, I'm only using 3% or less of my CPU. Can someone help? I've tried using different bitrates and qualities but can't find the right ones.
