Question / Help 23.1 panel issue

Anyone else having an issue with pamels "sticking" to the curser as if you are holding the left click to move them? I can lock ui and it doesnt happen, but it is impossible to move panels where I want them due to this.

yes, I'm experiencing this too. Using 26.1.2 on Catalina. I've had this issue on both my mac laptops (other one is High Sierra) since I first started using OBS in April. Surprised this bug hasn't been fixed yet.
