21 by 9 capture.

Is there any issues with 21 by 9 capturing on a 16 by 9 video out by scaling down the image? I don't get a the crispness of window capture even after a lot of experiments.
What's the best setting for a scrip window capture in 1080p?

Any rescaling will make sharp edges slightly blurry, upscaling as well as downscaling. If you want the original crispness, don't rescale.
