the error said that i had sufficient disk and recording path that need to write but i dont know

So... is your hard drive full? Can you actually write files to that path?

Check your permissions on that folder and run OBS as an administrator.

I can only see, that administrators have full access to that folder and I'll assume, that your account is in the admin group.
OBS will not run with your admin rights, just because you are logged in to windows with an admin account and double click OBS.

Is it working, if you change the output path to your desktop?

the other were just the same as administrator full control

Are you able to change the recording path and drive? For example, "C:\obs" or "D:\obs" (make new folder).
