Just wanted to report what I am 99% certain is a catastrophic issue I have experienced with OBS 21.1.2. Streaming or recording will result in Windows becoming mostly unresponsive. Not a hard freeze, but I cannot open new windows or even task manager. OBS does not crash, most of the time the stream/recording will continue though sometimes the stream will stop transmitting.
I only have had this problem with 21.1.2, my system is not overclocked and have tried running stress tests to ensure there isn't some discernible hardware issue. I switched back to 21.1.0 and have done two 8+ hour streams back to back without seeing the problem.

i7 6950X
ASUS Rampage V Edition 10
16gb G.SKILL TridentZ F4-3200C14D-16GTZ
EVGA GeForce 1060
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3
Samsung EVO 850 2TB
Latest Windows 10 build
