Question / Help 2080Ti (Turing) better Stream Quality then 1080Ti (Pascal)?

Hey,
I want to ask if anyone knows if a 2080Ti will offer better Streaming Quality compared to a 1080Ti while streaming to Twitch with 8000Bitrate?
I remember somebody telling me that Pascal GPU's offer better Quality compared to Maxwell Gpus. But is there any diffrence in Stream Quality between a Turing and a Pascal GPU?

It's another step up, as is every major architecture revision it seems like. I would imagine it, at most, requires selecting a higher quality preset for nVenc. Probably not even.

Oh thats pretty nice. But does that actually mean if i get an 2080 or an 2070 it will perfom like a 2080Ti in terms of NVENC Quality? Is it just the Turing architecture that makes it look better?

Every Turing card should be using the same nVenc chip with the same fixed-function hardware encoding. The only thing that might be different is clockspeeds, but I don't think that's a thing for these?
Also, PCIE bandwidth. A lower PCIE link speed may limit the ability of a card to smoothly capture frames from the card, or it could be that it's a completely unrelated problem that just makes everything perform like shit on my lopsided multigpu config www
