2020 MacBook Pro 13-inch Software Encoder Crash During Stream

With the following settings, approximately 1-hour into the stream, a warning popped up of an encoder crash. Stream is for a church service, and has happened the last two Sundays at approximately the same time. Crash reports are attached. Any help is appreciated. Curious if using the Apple encoder options may be better (software or hardware).

Another crash having changed from the generic H264 encoder to the Apple software encoder. All crashes are occurring at approximately 1-hour into the livestream. Settings and crash report attached. 11:16:07 is the point of failure in the attached report.
