Hello you wonderful people, i hope everyone is having a great day :)
I am having some problems with my OBS, so i recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU, and ever since my webcams and streams have been having issues, and i think it might be OBS because i wasn't getting the same problem with the default camera app nor discord. now, i had some other issues too, with my harddrive literally disconnecting and having the webcam disconnect, but that may have been a problem with my motherboard not grounding properly because i was missing screws. I can clip a portion of the small stream i did last night which has the glitching in question and how bad it is. My webcams are the C525 and the logitech Streamcam.
I have done a fresh install of obs, and even checked in a new scene collection with just the two webcams, and so far it has been without success.
The problem i am having is my logitech streamcam which is very frustrating as i literally just bought it, that one is glitching when i try to use it, and the c525 is lagging. they are running at different FPS and Resolution but i have attempted that before with other webcams to great success.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what oculd be the problem?
Also, i will mention that it crashes when i close the obswindow using the X in the top right.

it is incredibly bad at the moment, as i currently have OBS open.
Edit:just changed them both to 720p and still same problem, not with the laggy webcam, but with the glitching one
