2 same capture cards at the same time

Hello everyone,

I try to receive a video signal via 2 capture cards at a time. The cards are identical.
Individually, they work.
But unfortunately not together. Is this because both cards use the same driver?

Is there a way to realize this?

The idea is to insert 2 cameras with HDMI output.

yes, i have USB devices. unfortunately I only have one usb root hub.
