Question / Help 2 PC Setup Question. Opinions needed

PC 1: i7 4770, 16 gb ddr3 1600 mhz ram, gtx 760, 250 gb ssd, 1 tb Hdd

PC 2: Dual Xeon e5620, 24 (soon 48) gb ddr3 1333 mhz ram, Gtx 950, 250 gb ssd, 1 tb Hdd

Just need a suggestion on which one should be used for gaming and which one for the actual stream/recording based off of anyone's experience.

I would sell both gpu's and buy a better gpu for gaming and a cheap one to get image on the streaming PC.

Gaming PC: i7 4770, 16gb, *best gpu*
And
Streaming PC: dual xeon, 8gb(no need for more to stream), *cheapest (but modern if possible) gpu*

Only one more thing, be sure to have GBe between both pc's.
