This is how I have connected everything.

The problem I have is that when I set OBS on 60 FPS it seems like it is dropping frames but it doesnt show in OBS. I have set 60 fps on Elgatos software. The problem was still there even before I connected the PS4 and HDMI Switcher. I guess it must be something with my HDMI cables but I went out and bought very expensive ones, dont know exactly the name and such but can check it out if it comes to that.

It doesnt lag for me at all, but for the stream it does.

So anything I can try/do?

And if you are wondering if the computers are good enough, they are. So that cant be the problem.

Please upload a clean log file. A clean log file can be created by restarting obs-studio, starting a recording/streaming, keep it running for ~30 seconds while reproducing the issue, stopping the recording/streaming and then clicking Help > Log Files > Upload current log file.

It became 3 minutes, during those 3 minutes, 3-4 times I dropped frames visually on stream, no dropped frames in OBS though.
Here is the logfile:

I run with 60 FPS in OBS maybe I should let you know. But not in the ELGATO software, thats when the lagging begins when I change that to 60 fps.,

Code:
19:19:58.663: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 359/9917 (3.6%)

You are running into encoder overload.

Reduce the preset to something faster than medium, yes. Alternatively, remove some of the CPU heavy sources (Browser Source, Video Capture Source) or merge all Browser Sources into one.
