I need to know if it is possible to start a stream in one location on one computer, then change to a different location and go live into the same stream on a different computer. Is it possible for the second computer to upload to the stream (cancelling out the first computer stream) without going offline or stopping the stream?

I live in Vietnam. I have my laptop at home that i start the stream on (it is set up with an rtmp server and everything i need) after starting the stream and chatting for a bit i start up streamlabs on my phone and use it as a camera (through rtmp) and take it out into my local neighbourhood etc. at the end of my trip i end up at a gaming cafe with hi tech rigs that allow me to play any game (my laptop does not). On the computers they have OBS studio loaded already, all i want to do is input my stream key and start streaming from that computer.
