Question / Help 2 monitors (stuttering)

Hi, so i got 2 monitors with different resolutions.
The "smaller" one has OBS studio, and my 24" wide have X-plane 11 Flighsim.

When i stream i can sometimes see OBS lag/stutter, it comes when i move the camera inside the sim all the time.

Is there anything i can do to get rid of that ?

Are you limiting your frame rate in X-Plane? The log shows frame drops due to GPU overload. This can happen when the game you're capturing uses up too much of the GPU, not leaving OBS enough to render your frames prior to compression.
