2 monitors, different refresh rates

Hello, I was wondering what happens if I plug two monitors at the same graphics card (GTX 1060 6GB) but with different refresh rates, one being 144hz and the other one 75hz. If I have my game (CS:GO) running at the 144hz monitor and OBS stream on the 75hz, will my game be displayed 144hz or capped to the lower refresh rate? (75hz)

I'm not a gamer, but if you search this forum you'll see lots of recommendations NOT to mix refresh rates, especially in versions of Win10 before v2004 (due to Operating System bug)
Hopefully someone much more knowledgeable than I will comment specifically on your request. I recommend searching this forum, and then updating this thread with any relevant details
