2 Mac Setup help. Ndi on both

**As a note, I am able to stream and I get 0% dropped frames in 2.5 hours.

current set up; have gig speed ethernet and WiFi Same location. Both macs have OBS and ndi plug installed. I understand the one sends to the other. I need to know the most efficient set up so i get the best quality AND sound. I should have zero issues, but I’m new to OBS. (musician with no venue due to covid right now)

right now i feel like the audio and video could be better. Not even sure if sound is putting out stereo. Really looking for much needed assistance. I’ll assume both computers can plug into the Ethernet router, for example. Then use that LAN to have them communicate, as opposed to current set up where the are connected TOGETHER via local Ethernet and just using WiFi on iMac to stream (getting like 350-400 upload with WiFi)

iMac 10.12.6 with MBOX PRO 2 (handling audio only and streaming)
MacBook Pro 16”(2020) CATILINA handling all video and BMPCC6K with Elgato hd60s (and all scenes videos media and switching) no MBOX pro 2 driver for new MacBook. That’s ok. Splits the duty of the broadcast.

MBOX PRO 2 used with Mackie1642Vlz3 (basically mic and stereo keyboard with ability to plug anything into mackie and get it into OBS)

so the duty is split but I don’t think I’m effectively getting the best i can. I don’t think my audio is even broadcasting stereo anymore.

anyway to help by knowing basically I have 2 macs. Both have Ethernet available (added to macbook pro too thru adapter)

how would you set up the best having this equipment. (Buying new audio interface for MacBook is not where I want to go.)

thanks so much for your help. Stay safe.
