So I've got two problems, any help resolving them would be greatly appreciated:

1. obs keeps telling me its not being closed correctly whenever i open it and gives me the choice to open it normally or open it in safe mode, I remember last time this happened i had to make sure all my plug ins were updated and i think i got them all, but its till popping up (2 more updates for Move and waveform appeared recently so i updated those as well, no change)

2. (and this may be related to the first) not too long ago, for mayber the past week or so, my viewers began complaining about a static noice that comes up intermittently for about 30 seconds at a time before vanishing. I was initially thinking my mic was just picking up something in my background (a fan for instance) but i actually went back and listened, and audio for once of my sources would crackle softly, then the crackilng would get louder, then vanish. Had a short stream last night, so i was able to find it about an hour and 40 minutes in. I have a log attached from that very stream, where both of these instances occured

That it a sophisticated setup. What are you doing for real-time hardware resource utilization monitoring?
And why have you allowed yourself to have audio at differing sampling rates?

it was a while ago, but I recall the NVidia CPU noise suppression was CPU based, or had large CPU impact... if CPU getting busy, NVidia (or any other audio related driver) may not be getting enough CPU cycles to stay 'clean' ?? just a wild guess

I wasn't aware that I had different audio sampling rates. How can i get that standardized?

And, I've sense turned off Harwware Acceleration (If that's what real time hardware resource utilization monitoring is, if not let me know), It was a hold over for me attempting to troubleshoot another issue, and i realized it was on.

At operating system level

no, real-time hardware resource utilization monitoring ie performance monitoring , ex native Operating System tools like Task Manager > Performance tab, or Resource Monitor; or other even more detailed utilities
