2 identical pcs running identical obs set ups

One pc ave time to render is less than .1 ms and the other is 7-9ms. What could be causing this?

two laptops and only one log file?
are you sure? all settings is identical?
like power effinency?

Are laptops identical? what are you doing for real-time monitoring to make sure there isn't a difference in resource utilization, say due to different background processes, drivers, etc
Are laptop identical when it comes to thermal throttling?
etc
