2 GPU's? Black Screen when setting is Display Capture

Hi
Before i begin, this is obviously not a new bug (been documented here..)

Screen recording won't work (black screen) if your system has Intel GPU + Nvidia,
One must follow this step to troubleshoot this every time,
Since i'm dealing with this every day (helping others to set up)
it would be great if this issue can be finally fixed (rather then walkaround)

There is nothing to fix here - this is simply the design of laptops with dual GPUs for power saving / performance. Apps running on one GPU cannot access textures on the other GPU.
